Delete via the Stylecam App (Instant & Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to erase your data is directly through the app:

  1. Open the Stylecam app on your device.

  2. Navigate to your Profile and open the Settings menu.

  3. Scroll down and tap on “Delete Account”.

  4. Confirm your selection. Your account, uploaded images, and generated AI try-on data will be immediately and permanently erased from our secure cloud servers.

Request Deletion via Email

If you have already uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your device, you can submit a manual deletion request:

  • Send an email to support@globalsade.com.tr from the exact email address associated with your Stylecam account.

  • Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request – Stylecam”.

  • Our support team will process your request and permanently wipe your data within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Active Subscriptions

Deleting your Stylecam account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel your premium subscriptions. To prevent future billing, you must manually cancel your active subscription directly through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play Account settings.

Der schnellste und sicherste Weg, Ihre Daten zu löschen, erfolgt direkt über die App:

  1. Öffnen Sie die Stylecam-App auf Ihrem Gerät.

  2. Navigieren Sie zu Ihrem Profil und öffnen Sie das Einstellungen-Menü.

  3. Scrollen Sie nach unten und tippen Sie auf „Konto löschen“.

  4. Bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl. Ihr Konto, hochgeladene Bilder und generierte KI-Anprobedaten werden sofort und dauerhaft von unseren sicheren Cloud-Servern gelöscht.

Löschung per E-Mail anfordern

Falls Sie die App bereits deinstalliert haben oder keinen Zugriff mehr auf Ihr Gerät haben, können Sie eine manuelle Löschungsanfrage einreichen:

  1. Senden Sie eine E-Mail an support@globalsade.com.tr von der E-Mail-Adresse aus, die mit Ihrem Stylecam-Konto verknüpft ist.

  2. Verwenden Sie als Betreffzeile: „Data Deletion Request – Stylecam“.

  3. Unser Support-Team wird Ihre Anfrage bearbeiten und Ihre Daten innerhalb von 7 bis 14 Werktagen dauerhaft löschen. Sie erhalten eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail, sobald der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist.

Wichtiger Hinweis zu aktiven Abonnements

Das Löschen Ihres Stylecam-Kontos oder die Deinstallation der Anwendung führt nicht automatisch zur Kündigung Ihrer Premium-Abonnements. Um zukünftige Abbuchungen zu verhindern, müssen Sie Ihr aktives Abonnement manuell direkt über Ihre Apple ID (App Store) oder Ihre Google Play-Kontoeinstellungen kündigen.

Stylecam Uygulaması Üzerinden Silme (Anında ve Önerilen)

Verilerinizi silmenin en hızlı ve en güvenli yolu doğrudan uygulama üzerinden işlemdir:

  1. Cihazınızda Stylecam uygulamasını açın.

  2. Profilinize gidin ve Ayarlar menüsünü açın.

  3. Aşağı kaydırın ve “Hesabı Sil” (Delete Account) seçeneğine dokunun.

  4. Seçiminizi onaylayın. Hesabınız, yüklediğiniz görseller ve oluşturulan yapay zeka deneme verileri, güvenli bulut sunucularımızdan anında ve kalıcı olarak silinecektir.

E-posta Yoluyla Silme Talebi

Uygulamayı zaten kaldırdıysanız veya cihazınıza erişiminiz yoksa, manuel olarak silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz:

  1. Stylecam hesabınızla ilişkili e-posta adresinden support@globalsade.com.tr adresine bir e-posta gönderin.

  2. Konu satırı olarak şunu kullanın: “Data Deletion Request – Stylecam”.

  3. Destek ekibimiz talebinizi işleme alacak ve verilerinizi 7 ila 14 iş günü içinde kalıcı olarak silecektir. İşlem tamamlandığında bir onay e-postası alacaksınız.

Aktif Aboneliklerle İlgili Önemli Not

Stylecam hesabınızı silmek veya uygulamayı kaldırmak, premium aboneliklerinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Gelecekteki faturalandırmaları önlemek için, aktif aboneliğinizi doğrudan Apple Kimliğiniz (App Store) veya Google Play Hesap ayarlarınız üzerinden manuel olarak iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir.

  1. Envíe un correo electrónico a support@globalsade.com.tr desde la dirección de correo electrónico asociada a su cuenta de Stylecam.

  2. Utilice la siguiente línea de asunto: “Data Deletion Request – Stylecam”.

  3. Nuestro equipo de soporte procesará su solicitud y borrará sus datos permanentemente en un plazo de 7 a 14 días hábiles. Recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación una vez que se complete el proceso.

Aviso importante sobre suscripciones activas

Eliminar su cuenta de Stylecam o desinstalar la aplicación no cancela automáticamente sus suscripciones premium. Para evitar futuros cargos, debe cancelar manualmente su suscripción activa directamente a través de los ajustes de su Apple ID (App Store) o de su cuenta de Google Play.
